Subject: Re: Unified Inbox in Outlook 2016There are two different ways to display the names of members of a group or mailing list in Outlook before sending an e-mail message addressed to that group or mailing list. Why don't you do a Google search? It would be much more efficient than waiting for answers on a subject that, apparently, few or no active members may know about. Outlook 2003 had this feature, Windows Live Mail has this feature, and it's hard to believe it was removed from Outlook. I find it very hard to believe that there is not a unified inbox, though probably by a different name. I have done a search with absolutely no results. Is there a way other than through message rules to create a unified inbox in Outlook 2016? Sorry that I couldn’t come up with anything better than this. You can set up rules to make this happen as well, but from what I see, it seems to be more for pop3 mail accounts.

I really thought that Outlook 2016 had this feature built-in to it. There are some third party utilites that will allow you to do this.
